    That is awesome....you are one lucky cat!!! I hope to be the proud owner of one of those before I hit the ripe old age of 35. Good luck with it and keep us posted on the build.

    Yeah I hit the ripe old age of 38 before I got one lol. I will keep you guys posted. I road in a friends tonight as well. He has a 485hp 351w and it pulled so hard and fast through the gears.. you never felt you back leave the seat. Much more power than that and I am not sure you can hook up lol.

    The weather is unbelievably hot which is going to slow the build lol. It was 102 here today and the humidity is as bad as it is in florida. Which really surprises me. Freaking hot for sure.

    I think you could put a toothbrush motor in that car and it would be fast!!!! Hope the build goes well...good luck. She's a beaut.

    Dan, that car is so tight...I thought that you sold the STi....I guess that you are going to keep it after all. I hope that all is well with you and your family. How is Nortel out there?.

    JT I am excited. It's going to be fast and fun. I watched a bunch of cobra's run low 11's all day long sunday. They were all on street tires and not even breaking a sweat. And these cars were all in around the 400hp range and lower.

    Take the STI out and show them up! I'd imagine it's quicker than 11s.

    What motor are you going with in the Cobra?

    going 351w stroked out to 408. Not going as crazy this time out as I did with the Sti lol. That should give me a low 11 cobra and I will be fine with that. I am shooting for about the 500 hp range.

    im envious of you, i saw the most beautiful replica cobra the other day. it was graphite with black stripes, and it sounded so sexy.
