lower ball joints

    i need lower ball joints for an 04 sti asap if anybody has extras laying around

    I got mine from advanced autoparts for $35 each if I recall correctly.

    Dont you work at a SUBARU dealership with a SUBARU parts department that gets SUBARU parts from SUBARU?!

    ^^ he's a slacker that thought the old one's would work.

    We've got a workaround for the time being.

    the new dealership just got a few shipment of parts and have not yet been put in inventory yet. plus its laborday weekend and no dealerships parts department is open. also like Ped said i thought i could just swap over the lower ball joints but i put sti lower control arms on and they are not the same

    They are the same you just need the lil cone piece right?

    idk maybe it didnt fit corretctly, so i im just going to leave them in and put washers on it so i can atleast drive the car to the dealership so i can get the correct part looked up

    they aren't the same the metal part is too long off the ones he has. The apparently are different lengths.

    when we installed sti arms on mine i reused everything. just had to add the cone pieces

    cool, maybe i just need the cone peices then. were do you get the cone peices?

    Just piecing together a few last things. Got cams on the way so you can get to installing on those
