martial arts next monday

    Okay I started a new thread. Those that wanted to work out. Let's start next monday at my house. does 6:30 work for everyone? Please post here if you are interested then I will pm you my address and cell number.

    Let's see who can make it. If not we will do it the week after.

    I will be out of town from thursday night till sunday night. Going to memphis to one of my old student's wedding.

    wednesdays we do the grappling/ground fighting. Wrestling with submissions basically. Learn how to fight once the fight goes to the ground. etc. If your into the UFC then it's that kind of stuff. If anyone is interested in doing this tomorrow let me know. This is off exit 11 at my chiropractors office.

    Ok seems like there is a lot of intetest. Some of the guys can't make it for the next couple of monday or are unsure. But That will just give the guys that can make it a little head start. I am off to memphis I will be back sunday night. See you guys monday at 6:30.

    You guys missed out really great lesson today!! I receive one hour of private lesson from Master Dan. haha It was really awesome!! I gotta practice basic fighting stance and two techniques that i learned today.

    Hoping that MORE people will show up and learn and train together!!

    How long are the Wednesday practices?. I wrestled Greco-Roman in High School for 2 years. Is it similiar?.

    Wednesday practices run about an hour and yeah its similiar :) Just adds some submissions. (making grown men cry uncle) lol.

    Andy I am glad you had a good time. I definately enjoyed teaching you. You caught on really quick.
