That's some ducked up shit. I only have time for the short version but. The guy disputed the charges before I shipped the trans. I didn't fight the chargeback. Credit card company pulled the money out of my account so I assumed it had been handled. Never heard another thing about it, Dude never contacted me afafter that point. Then I get a call from a detective saying that he didn't get a refund and I disputed the chargeback. I've had zero contact with him since he ddisputed it.
I can't post the screen shot of where Square refunded his payment but I sent it to Brett. I'm insanely busy today but I've but a call into square and to the detective to try and get it sorted out.
Yup, just to confirm this Matt did send me a screenshot showing that the payment was withdrawn by Square from his bank account.
