I have 4 new rims and tires
I have been using Wal mart $10 (ok pls dont yell at me) they do a decent job if you tell them exactly what to do.

Is there a place you guys can recommend that is reasonable price for mounting and balance for (<$50)

Not sure on Price, but call Gran Turismo East. They do great work with Alignment and stuff, they sell tires so they can definitely mount and balance.

Yes they do good work and i gues that why they warrant the price $15 to mount and $10 to balance each (total=$100)

They hand torque everything and will do anything in their power to makesure you are satisfied. Last time i was there, a guy showed up a white z, apparently discount tire totally f'ed up this stud. Just remember you get what you pay for. I wouldn't let anybody else other than GT or Scott S touch my car.
