My Custom Air Box

    do any before and after logs with it? I am planning something like this and curious what kind of effect you saw!

    No I didn't. I know that it HAS to be better than sucking hot air from the turbo though

    Log it! Log it!! Hell if you want, I have all the stuff to log it as well as the time most days. I am only a couple miles south of ya. Nice would have been a stock, before heatshield then after. Oh well. Mine is still stock at this point, but my underhood temps are kinda sick with no heat shield (previous owner even removed the brackets!) so that is the first thing I need to get under control.

    Yeah, removed the turbo heat shield when I did the TBE, but I have a Cobb shield on the way along with new foglight decals

    Looks like it came out very well James; what type of intake is that?

    Its just the cobb shorty with the MAF mount, and I had to buy an intake tube with a 90 degree bend from the local perf. shop and cut it to fit. Its a HKS filter too

    Yeah, I couldnt really piece the whole thing together, tks. I actually may not make it up early to the Petit, I'll hopefully be done with the car and sog earlier on Sat. In case, do you want to meet up before for that knob?
