I have one that's been plugged. I pulled it off 'cause I was heading for a track day and the tire shop wouldn't patch it. I know (roughly) the inflated diameter of the tire (76 5/16 in). I intend to use it because the plug is in the tread but near the sidewall; I'm betting it will hold well. I don't mind selling it to avoid remounting it. BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW 205/55ZR-16.
