What is there to know about the break-in period for a new clutch on a wrx? Anything will help.

Break in period? The only thing that I have noticed is the pressure plate will soften up a little bit, giving less of a stiff clutch pedal. Other than that, you don't need to do anything in particular. Sometimes it will slip at the beginning as well, especially if pressure plate was not super clean when re-installing. But its not like a set of brake pads that you have to do certain braking runs for them to mesh properly with the rotors.

Is there a problem you are having, or just concerned? The only issue that I had after replacing my clutch is getting the clutch pedal adjustment just right.
