We put the scooby on the dyno today for a retune and I finally got Scott to push it, mind you this is not a map to run on a road course.. The car made huge numbers 435whp 422wtq ON PUMP GAS Its just sick
Phil this is my STI the dogbox is in the bugeye, Ill probally run this on the street on special occasions, its pretty close to the edge, a lot closer than Scott is comfortable with. But we now know that the car should be more than capable of 500whp on racegas, and 450whp on methanol should be very very safe.
You know, I wouldn't be suprised that your car on meth won't run closer to 470ish to 490ish and a good bit past the 500 mark on racegas, just the way your car kept taking it in. Granted today was a really good day to product good numbers. I like the set up.
Yeah I'm going to snag a diffrent spring this week and throw that at it. Hopefully we will be getting a set of headers to test in the next couple of weeks, Personally I think with a set of equal length headers that it would pull closer to 450whp on pump.
Just hope the headers don't send you the other direction, but you know your set up could probly benifit. Hopefully.
