Well ordered up a set of wheels for the STi, saving the last of the RE070 tread on the BBS for the track day, then those wheels will become the "mountain/auto-x/track rims"

    They are the Following rims:

    Wheels

Shown on a Wrx in 17" size

They will be a gunmetalish grey in a 18" size.

I wasnt really set on these as I wanted something super cool like volks or Work Emotion's or what not, but hell, they are a jdm brand and were a steal at 520 shipped.

They are going to end up to be around 5lbs a wheel/tire per corner. Not Ideal, but ok for the day to day grind.

The link for them is here

Thanks for the comments all, LoL Sorry Milo, I meant total added unsprung weight each. Strangely the stock RE070's are extremely heavy they are almost 30 pounds each. Around 11 pounds heavier than the acutal BBS rim. The new setup is acutally only 2 lbs heavier per corner, I will try to reduce the weight back to normal when I attempt to redo-rotors/brakes. Guess the rims are basically a near replica of Gramlight 57s

The 18's in Gunmetal look more like this, Id take pics but I lost my camera :(

Wow thats a tough choice, I like both. Silver would look extra clean, and black would have a meaner look to it.

    Leaning towards one or other?

i'm leaning toward hyper black since its a rare color. Damn.... those 18" tires are so freaking expensive. I guess another ramyun for today's breakfast to save couple cents. LOL~
