So, my Galant deliverator still wont pass Clean Air Campaign emissions, i replaced air cleaner, sprayed the throttle body, new plugs, cleaned the PCV valve. NOx emissions still high, fixed the HC though. So i threw a few CELs that i assume are from a fouled O2 sensor or misfires. Can anyone let me borrow a scantool before i decide to dump a gallon of Ethanol in the gas tank to make it pass?

Are you trying to see what the CEL is for? If you just go to Auto-Zone and they will do it for free.

they said they wouldn't do OBDI, just OBDII. Maybe it was just the store, do most other ones do it?
