OEM shifter Question

    When (what year) did the shifters change from the picture (Top to bottom)?

    Are they interchangeable ?

    the top one looks like my oem 2002 shifter dunnoa bout the bottom one

    does your 2002 have a short shifter ?

    The bottom one looks like the one I took out of my 99 RS.
