Well at pEd's install day thing, I had my oil changed and put in a full 5 quarts (which is supposed to be more then needed), but later on i checked it and its was at 3/4s. Now (about 2 weeks...give or take) my oil level is about 1/4. I haven't really smelt any oil or notice any oil stains on the garage.

Is this normal? Oh ya, i changed to synthetic too...

If it is normal, do i just add more oil?

i wouldn't say that consumption is "normal" but to a certain extent, turbos' live off of oil so going thru "some" is still acceptable

was that 2 weeks ago i put in 5 quarts and now i'm only left with 1/4?

I heard synthitic you can eat more oil than dyno. I certainly noticed it when I went from whatever the previous owner used to going to synthetic.

Its supposed to be 4.8qt.s for turbo'ed cars. Don't add more than your supposed to, because the boxer layout could definitely put oil into your combustion chamber. Your car should not be getting rid of the oil that fast, especially since it isn't hot outside anymore. I would take a look at your intake piping after the turbo, either the y-pipe, or the intercooler to throttle body. See if there is any oil just pooled up or caked inside of there. Also, take a look at the bottom of your engine casing where it is sealed to see if there is a large amount of leakage there.

Uggg..Well I am using Mobil 1 currently, and since the oil level is getting low, can i just add some or do i need to change the filter and etc.

Also feel a bit dumb asking this, but where exactly is the intake piping after the turbo and intercooler to throttle body? I need real jack and a some stands now...
