opinions on steering wheels

    I'm thinking about getting a nardi subaru wheel, but i dont like the idea of not having an airbag
    if i were to get one, i need a hub kit right?

    If I were you, I would just send my wheel to 10th st jdm and get it recovered in alcantara. Gonna cost the sameish as a nardi wheel, but you get to keep your airbag

    Ya I wondered the same thing. I wanna put in a new wheel, but wondered if I could keep my cruise???

    I have an 06-07 wrx/04-07 sti outer steering wheel with cruise assem. and no airbag for sale...

    no, the cruise control is on the steering wheel

    wrapping a steering wheel is about $425, i can get a nardi wheel for less then $200 and a hub for $100

    I have a Sparco wheel and love it, but yes, you sacrifice the cruise control and airbag.

    Oh and can you post pictures of the wheel in question? I've only seen Nardi's in 240's and corolla's and never really liked them

    You can keep the cruise if you know what you are doing. I have a Momo Race wheel and I wouldn't trade it for anything else and I have my cruise control still.

    What are you saying? Asking if I can? If so then yes....I have it on my car with a Momo Race steering wheel.

    I took the control piece off the stock steering wheel and mounted it on the underside of my steering column. I will see if I can't snap a pic for you.

    Are you saying that the damage, in a collision, to your head and or face is not worth $125.00? :)

    The combination of safety, looks and functionality is the entire reason why we have the steering wheel service. We offer a complete warranty on our work with the wheels as well. If there is ever a problem, just bring it back.

    yea, airbag is a big issue
    btw i'll be doing some interior work sometime this summer, I'll talk you to when its time
