I've heard a lot of people recommend Prodrive springs, I was going to get Eibach but am still uncertain.

What's the best place/price to get Prodrives?

    Looking forward to the install/pics/review!

I wish I had gotten Prodrive springs and not the Perrin ones I have....mine are way to soft and the rear has sagged really bad since then. I am literally tucking rear tires.

I don't know if the Prodrives are the best springs out there if you are planning on upgrading your struts. I helped install them with a set of Tokico D-specs, and when the car was set down, the Prodrive springs were almost fully compressed. This could potentially put a lot of stress on the tophat and the spring perch. The Sti pinks and the Espelir springs have the highest rear spring rate if that is what you are looking for. The drop is only 1" on both as well. I am using the Eibachs right now. I wish I had a higher spring rate as well, but there is definitely a lot of travel room for the spring with the KYB's.

Yeah but Clayton's car handles on rails :naughty: I've heard the Prodrives mate up very well to Koni Yellow struts or the AGXs.

That still doesn't discount the fact that if you hit a bump, your perches are toast.

Yeah and you guys are also bugeyes. Us 04/05 owners don't have any options for struts that I know of and I refuse to hack my stock ones for Koni inserts in fear of messing up. We have to go coilovers and I simply can't afford that.

I had the Prodrives. After the Dragon last year I wanted something stiffer. Even with 24mm sways front and rear, I was lifting the inside front tire high enough for it to squeal(the other 3 were not squealing). This was only on banked turns like those ont he Dragon though. Beyond that I loved them the rest of the time. Good ride and handled really well.

I am going coilover if I ever get a WRX/STI again.

You guys have STI struts that bolt right up and are cheap as takeoffs.

Only the 04 STi struts fit. The 05+ will not. For me atleast those are still not stiff enough.

I am seriously thinking about getting the STi Pinks and Koni inserts for my wagon.....A friend told me that it is a great set-up for the wagon folk....LOL...

Only if you get the wagon specific pinks, otherwise your wagon is gonna be sagging to hell. The Swift springs are looking pretty decent, I'm not sure how long they've been out on the market but they're a little stiffer than the Prodrives and drop it a little bit more while still remaining a linear rate spring. There's a couple pics of an 06 wagon on them on Nasioc.
