    Another one of my favorites:

    1 cup Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
    pork chops

Combine all ingredients except chops. Grill the pork chops, turning once. After the first turn brush on the mayo mixture and repeat until chops are done. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
Serve the chops with a little of the leftover mayo mixture.. very very tasty.

Whole grain or dijon mustard is usually a good substitute for mayo.
