Just did my up pipe and TBE, totally catless. Accidently destroyed front O2 sensor but just replaced, not CELS now.

But my factory boost gauge only reads 9 @ full boost. Used to get up near 15 :eek:hnoes:

I dont' notice any extra hp but the effect of the lost boost, visual at least may be clouding my judgement.

Any ideas what could be wrong? I reset the ECU by disconnecting neg battery post and holding the brake did it after the mods and again after fixing the O2 sensor.

Which gauge are you using? Is it in PSI or mPa? If it is stock, then the gauge reads in mPa. You should be reading .09 mPa, roughly 13.7ish lbs.

Wow, probably no need for alarm then. My gauge is in mPa and it's hitting .9 or so. I'm almost sure that I saw it was going closer to 1.5???
Maybe it was choaking on a cat :eek3:

I don't hear any leaks :sx:

    Thanks

Well, you mean .15? That is a lot of boost for a stock car (21.8psi) :eek3:

I must have been mistaken. It's pushing .9 MPa now and running strong. Turbo seems to kick in strong a bit quicker but best of all it sounds like the beast it is ;)

I'm lovin' it and feeling good about losing my DIY mod cherry :wiggle:

    What's next....EM?????????
