question about plumbing

    i have an 03 wrx with many mods but my main problem is my piping shortly after the turbo...i have a vf34 with fmic and i keep blowing the pipe off...the main reason is is because the pipe doesnt quite fit...where can i find and or have another pipe made and have the rest of my pipes lipped??

    You need a bead roller or get someone to weld a bead. Have you tried spraying hair spray inside the silicone coupler before installing?

    yes ive tried everything from hair spay to some nascar high temp adhesive and it helped very little

    better clamps may help. use t-bolt clamps if you're not already

    Agreed. I imagine you are using worm clamps still?

    nope im using the good clamps already...im pretty sure i need a new pipe or get a pipe custom made i just dont know where to do so

    either Batlground or TopSpeed can handle that for you.

    However, being that you're in Savannah, I don't know that either of those will truly be beneficial to you. You might wanna try SoJax in Jacksonville, FL.

    Where is said clamp that keeps blowing off? I heard a few people complaing about pipes blowing off and they fixed it by buying a hump hose. This gives the pipes a little bit of movement so it won't take the pipe off when their is motor movement.
