    Hi guys,
I had to remove my rear pretensioner seat belt and now it's locked. I can't unlock it. It's in a position where the belt is too short for me to put the pretensioner back on.
Any idea on what I can do?
    Thanks.

Well, they say "do not open" on the cover of the pretensioner.....
Opened it, took it apart, found the problem, fixed the problem and work again!!
I would not recommend to do this as it's a security issue. I did it because I'm 99.5% of the time alone in my car with no passengers.
    Kudos to my brother!

    FYI
If you have to remove the pretensioner, make sure you leave enough belt length and don't try to make the pretensioner work while it's out. There is a bearing inside that will make the pretensioner works only at a certain angle. The angle it is when on the chassis!
Hope this will help other folks.
    Sorry no pictures!

Would you think its advisable to replace the SRS component now?

Probably but I didn't see any sensor and I'm not sure there is a rear side airbag as nothing is written on the pillars.

Sorry, should have been more clear. Are you going to replace the actual pre-tensioner now or leave it as is.
