    I dont even know if those will fit an STI due to their larger top mount.

    Anyways I dont think those hoses give too much of an increase in HP but I've read that they help smooth out the engine and give better throttle response.

    I would guess most people will get these hoses for engine dress-up and for show, not for hp

    Y-hose will give you around 5 HP which is PROVEN fact. I have samco hose kit (exactly the same except mine is blue). You gotta see the crappy stock PLASTIC hose first. Then you will realize how SMOOTH Samco silicone Y-hose is.

    Only Y-IC hose will improve performance. Other two pieces are indeed dress up. My lazy ass only did Y-hose.

    oh yeah, this will be BETTER than intake for WRX. :D :D

    for a wrx yea, but not for an sti. The hoses on an Sti are good enough. They flow pretty good from what I've heard.:rolleyes:
