I ercently just removed my intake silencer and I was wondering if it would decrease my gas milege because of the excess flow of air. I looked at the custom CIA made out of 3 inch PVC pipe and wsa wondering if that would help.

there really isn't an "excess" flow of air when you remove the silencer. the silencer isn't all that restrictive to begin with(it's more for sound than anything else). just make sure your sucking air from the fender and not the engine bay, otherwise it's hurting the car's performance.

It should have virtually zero affect on your car, simply plut, it is a noise maker.
