I was just looking @ the pics on the previous thread and I saw a black 02-03 with the stock wing but it was higher and @ the bottom it was carbon fiber, were can I get that? and does anyone have it on a blue WRX?
they are risers for the stock spoiler....your referring to Milo's car....he can tell you about maybe where to pick up a set....i think he's the only one with them....but i could be wrong....
im assuming ur talking about these... ive seen them in 2 types... the pic is of my car and they are made by zerosports and are CF... i don't remember where i got them but they are available at fastwrx.com (click here)... u might be able to get them cheaper elsewhere... u can also find fiberglass versions that are much cheaper and can be painted to match the body color

you can paint carbon fiber if it has a gel coat, but why? most people get carbon fiber so they dont have to paint it and get fiberglass if they want to paint it
which is lighter and which is stronger? and i think i have to correct you, most street applications of carbon fiber arent because they dont have to paint it, but because they think it looks siccccccc. ;p
carbon fiber is lighter and stronger than fiberglass ill correct you, most street apps are fiberglass with a top layer of cf to seem like its sick and teh awesome when its not
granted. so, since i hate the look of tradition or faux fiberglass, but might want strong, lightweight body panels for clean looks, the question becomes why wouldn't i want to paint it? ;p
as for the risers, i doubt theres much savings in weight if u go CF vs fiberglass... the fiberglass ones are much cheaper...
