I was wondering how would an STI run with a 350Z on highway roll ons. Just wondering if you know. Im not saying go street racing to find out. Just how would they both perform... Thanks !
I'd think they would be pretty even. STis really arent a good car for highway runs until you get a bigger turbo on it.
stock for stock i don't know but my stg2 WRX that owns stock STi's gets beat by a Z with a short ram and exhaust at topend(125+)
Yeah I'm not so sure about that, the new Zs are putting out 300 hp and they both weigh in right about the same 3,350ish vs 3,350-3,400 (depending on trim of Z). And the Z is geared a little more towards topend where as I feel the STI is more about acceleration. I dunno, I think it would be close. From a stop the STI would no doubt take it, but I think from a roll it would be a tough call.
What if you took an STi and did the RWD conversion like team orange and raced the 350z in a parking deck? (please don't ban me)
ahh...i love these classic threads about, an STi would take a "insert car name here" from a roll at 50mph, but not from 70, but if you mod this, it will take it...however, from 175mph+ it would be a close one but....and so on and so on. gotta love it.

the wrx is definitely the fastest car ever made...the z has no chance I couldn't help it but expose the truth!
