Ill be stopping by tomorrow to pick up my car and pay the 4,000 repair bill. before i even got to body work.

 

I had my clutch installed by King and they ran out of time so they gave me an 08 Imprezza loaner. So I am driving it home and wondering why everyone keeps staring at me. I figure it is probably because it is a new car and no one has seen one before? Then a gas tanker passes me and I remember what exactly I am driving

Yeah, King FTMFW!!! He seriously took care of my car and made sure the clutch was right...We had a small problem with the clutch not disengaging. King took the tranny backout to make sure it wasnt anything he did. Once we got in touch with SPEC, they recommended him bleed the Clutch Cylinder and that did the trick. Thanks again King!

So far all I've seen from Subaru of Kennesaw is outstanding customer service.

I test drove an STi at the Cumming store 6 weeks ago. Tom Young was my salesman and was extremely nice. When I heard about the $7000 off and 0% deal, I called him up as he is now at the Kennesaw store. I've also been working with Jason and Lewis, both have been great to deal with.

I pick up my new Dark Gray Metallic STi on Saturday. They should have the car today and install a few accessories. Who knows, might even get a call that it's ready tonight. :ddirty:

Glad to see you came over. I am going to be contacting my salesperson when I get to work here in a little while. Maybe he and I can pull off a miracle deal and get me in an STI as well.

 

I just talked to my sales guy. They had to get my car from South Georgia and its being driven back. Not sure how I feel about that many highway miles on a new engine. Of course I've always broken in new cars without many special regards except rpms.

Still on track to pick it up tomorrow.

 

I am headed in tonight to see what we can work out. I am not expecting much due to my trade-in but I have nothing to lose but time.

I have already decided that if I can't get a STI then i am going to have them track down a 09 WRX and just be done with it.

 

i dont kno if steven does accessories. i think one of their other techs specifies in accessories and oil changes, etc. then johnathan details and king does major services. none-the-less it will be a good experience

 

As for it being driven back. I know how you feel. I would not worry too much about it though. Make sure the warranty paperwork has the mileage at the time of pick up listed as the starting mileage. I doubt the driver is going to do anything that would be harmful to the car. I doubt it is his first STI.

Awesome! I'm just waiting on them to call so I can go pick it up. If they had the car on the lot I feel like I could have gotten even more off of MSRP. But it's still a smokin deal. We're shooting for delivery at 1:00.

Thanks King. I've already put 150 miles on the car in the last 24 hours. The accessory installations were top notch. I banged my head against the wall for an hour figuring out the iPod adapter but finally got it.

Question - There is the funky film on the windows. Looks like heavy duty water spots. What can I use to get it off? I've tried Windex and it didn't help.

This car is blast to drive. Looking forward to years of great fun.
