Would anyone mind looking at a datalog of mine? I'm not hitting target boost in my 05 wrx cobb stage II(14.5 in 3rd gear is the best i've seen) Full 3" TBE. A couple options, i did a vishnu reset after i was only seeing 13 after the flash, maybe not properly because i only saw 13-14 after that. So around 100 miles later, i loaded up the stage 2 HWG map and got 14.5. Target boost is 15.8 +/- .5 psi. I saw some people on nabisco talking about giving the wastegate actuator arm a couple turns on the 05's, looks sketchy though. I'm gonna give it a week of driving just in case i didn't do the reset properly and the timing isn't just advanced yet, but any thoughts?

Lots of the 05s do have issues reaching target boost; mine did. It's really not difficult to tighten the arm a bit as long as you're careful.

getting the screws of the turbo heatshield is the PITA
There are 7 screws and may want to make sure you have a magnetic pickup so you dont loose any into the bay.

BTW its very hot and humid lately
    that has a slight effect

I'll have to go check how many I've got, I've accidently torque a couple of the bolts off trying to remove the heatshield to gain clearance. Rusty old bolts just sheared the heads right off the bolts.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
adjusting the WG does not need to touch the UP

one turn goes a long way
make sure you know which way to turn
Adjusting the WG seems easy but can do more harm than good if not done correctly.

Small little steps otherwise a big mess

Use your AP to get the Boost values (have passenger read the boost while you are driving it). do it a few times on a norm temp day. I think 1/2 psi is not far from target.

I wont adjust the WG till i know that is it

DO you have a upgraded UP
I would not run it too hard till you get a non catted UP
STG II with Catted UP to me is asking for trouble. If the CAT gives up it will be new turbo time
