    I want to get a tial BOV but not sure what the spring rate should be I have stage 2 on my ap but i run the economy mode have the time if that makes a difference any sugestions.

    Honestly, with stage 2 there is no need for one. Unless it is a recirc BPV or at worst a 50/50 it will make the car crazy rich in between shifts. Even the 50/50 that I ran on mine fore a bit showed some super rich conditions between shifts.

    We usually recommend the stiffer springs for guys who want to put them on MAF based cars, recirc BOVs work better with those setups though.

    TIal has a new Recirc BOV Coming out called the Alpha Q.

    We are a Tial Distributer I have the BOV you want in stock, the Recirc BOV won't be out for a couple of months I don't think.
