I have to get tires this week before I head out of town Friday. My stock tire size is 205 55 R16. I am going to have to buy locally but want to know if I am going to have any problem with 225 50 R16 with rubbing? Google search says no.

My choices for tire stores are going to be the chains. Any ones I should deathly avoid? I work in Conyers so will be using someone down there.

I ran a 225-50/16 on my RS at one point and didn't rub at all. You should be okay.
