And those who can make both...well...then GREAT! BTW, I know I'm a Floridian and all, and popping crawfish heads is a local past time for me, but...if I go do I have to eat them? I'm getting shwasty face tonight, or at least it seems. So, sorry, won't be able to meet up. PS, for some reason the term "mud bugs" makes me cringe. Not like from a "gross" standpoint, just from a "for some reason or another that phrase makes me want to punch a baby" standpoint.
