im thinking on getting one after i get my upgraded turbo... will it make a big diffrence? once i get tuned how much of a diffrence can i see from it?

since im going with the vf39+meth and maxing out the 39 will this help me get another 10-15awhp. And which brand makes the best inlet? Thanks, Maniac.

not sure about how much of a difference it will make with a VF39... you pretty much have 2 choices

    1) silicone inlets: easier to install but could collapse if the turbo can flow a lot and your intake cant keep up... perrin makes these
    2) solid inlets: much more difficult to install... i think u will have to remove the intake manifold to get these in... APS makes these

if you're swapping turbo's it'd probably be worth the headache of installing it.

Now as Milo said, you've got to figure out if it's be better for a soft or hard inlet.

I'd say soft if you don't plan on going to any bigger of a turbo than something like a 49lb turbo.
Any bigger and I'd go to a hard inlet.

I've got the Perrin on my car. Its the only model that doesnt require removal of the intake manifold. Install is a PITA but still much less time consuming than pulling the whole manifold off.

A lot more turbo noise but thats about it. I had a crack in my stock inlet so I had to replace it.
