I know, I know turbo timers are not needed on our cars, but I got a Blitz mainly for the boost gague and I figured the timer couldn't hurt. My main questions is once I installed it it's only reading about .4 at it's highest point which equates to roughly 6 psi. Everything about my system is stock at the moment and I was under the impression it should be reading between 11 and 13 psi. The car still drives great, it just doesn't seem to be reading the boost correctly. Also a 2 mile trip to the store gives it a countdown of almost 3 min. I thought that was a bit much. Any help would be great.

Also should mention that its reading 0.00 at idle. I'm starting think maybe our choice in which vacuum line to tap into may have been wrong...

is the 2 mile trip a quick one? I think the cool down time is based on rpm that is hit. Idk though...

Are you sure it is actually supposed to be negative when you are at idle. Mike said that suggests a vacume leak.

It should be at vacum at idle. I have used a "T" fitting on the line going to the BPV on my last two cars and that has worked fine.

Here is where I put it. It seems like it should work. The hose that it comes off of in the 2nd pic goes to the turbo.

you see the hose cumming off the BPV? thats where most people put it.. also you can put it on the manifold.

That is the wrong place to tap in for correct manifold pressure readings. Tap in on the line coming off of the BPV like I said earlier.
