Yep...not huge change in numbers...but it pulls harder. BTW...thanks for the Jinx; right after you left, the O2 sensor died. :fawk: Got an extra I can have?
Prodrive's & S.drive's Just got back from getting the Prodrive's installed w/ Yokohama S.drive's  Next update will include sways and maybe a drop...:naughty:
Thanks S.S. and TopSpeed! After being tuned with a partially unplugged O2 sensor, I decided on taking a 7 minute drive and making a visit to THE Scott Siegel.  Even though the turbo is on its way out...the wagon is now putting down the numbers I was hoping for with exceptional smoothness. Not only did I get to drool over Lucy and Lucy 2, but Scott took the time to really explain what and why he was making certain changes...and why Open ECU sucks ASS! After the holidays, I will be hunting the market for a bigger turbo/accessories and AP. :ddirty: Until then...I will have to live with this.
Nice dude. Is that just stage 2 protune? My stage 2 was only like 220 hp/224 tq of course I had a jacked up turbo
I think Scott set a world speed record this morning. After 27 minutes on the dyno, we were ready for the road tune. Some how...after just 4 or 5 pulls, Scott looked up with a grin on his face and said he was happy! Needless to say, so am I. I guess...sometimes, Scott just gets it right the first time! After installing a VF-34, DW650cc injectors and a Walbro 255...the numbers look like this 283/278 @19psi! All I can say, having access to Scott Siegel and everyone at TopSpeed is really a blessing for us and our cars! My wagon has never felt better, stronger or smoother since the day I got it. Thank You Scott!!!! Thanks to Jake, Drew and Dana for keeping me company today!
Congrats.. Between Scott and I we have tuned over 1,500 Subaru's. Giving us really good base maps to start with, which makes tuning go a lot faster and gives the customer better results in the end. There is no replacement for experience when tuning. Glad your happy
I have to admit, this was the fastest tune I've EVER had.... A little polishing on the street and she was good to go. I had a map from a similar car and it just happened to actually flow similar... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Siegel
yeah I was amazed when matt turned around and said Scott says it's good to go. I was impressed with his numbers. Have fun with it man!
Topspeed Tunes FTW! Congrats man....now get off your butt and get your outside temp working now that I did all the leg work and posted instructions
Is that so you can tie shit down in ur wagunz and not have it hit you when you slam on the breaks? Can you notice a difference at all performance wise? I heard the strut tower braces for the front and x-braces in the rear didn't help the sedans too much because the towers are already pretty stout. Not sure if there's truth to that, but how do they feel in the wagon? Install looks clean, gj dude
I noticed a difference on it when I put mine in. X brace did help some also. Congrats Matt. We need to drive here soon. Before I get my powa on. I will be out there tomorrow. Hit me up
HUGE difference! I wish I had bought this earlier. Tightened up the rear end and even eliminated a bunch of rattles.
I love my border collies and will not own another breed most likely. Turbo is about to be 3 as well and Lady is about 9 yrs old.
