So my crank pully seperated from the rubber today and shreaded my accesorry belts so i am getting it towed to SOG. Is the crankpully covered under the powertrain warranty or is it just the bumper to bumper. btw my car is an 04 and has 43k on it.

If you have any power mods, I am certain they will use that as the excuse and void the warranty on it.

I imagine that since its attached to the ENGINE...it would be powertrain.

HOWEVER...since the RADIATOR is a CRITICAL part of the powertrain...you'd think that would be covered under powertrain. Well, the radiator is not.

So dont be shocked that it would not be covered under powertrain...only as a bumper to bumper item.

Is the powertrain warranty more than 3 years/36,000 miles?
