My stock actuator was broken due to a oversized TMIC. I searched for a stock replacement but couldnt find one so I picked up an "upgrade" off of ebay. Im having trouble finding the right adjustment on the arm. It will go from spooling really fast and hitting the fuel cutoff before hitting max boost to spooling really slow and not hitting max boost (16 psi) until about 4500 in 4th at just about WOT through the gears. These extremes are just two turns apart on the connector to the wastegate arm on the turbo. If I set it to the faster spool, will getting a boost controller keep it from boosting so high? Anyone have any suggestions to remedy the problem? or maybe have a cheap stock piece for a TD04?

It should have 3-5mm of pre-load on it. So when the end of the arm is over the post, you should have to pull it out 3-5mm.

You'll need to have it tuned for that new wastegate actuator since it undoubtedly has a stiffer spring in it compared to stock.

I have a few TD04L13G actuators laying around that are known good and pre-adjusted. $50 shipped.

Chk to make sure the hoses arent cracked
    R_ Pill still on
Branch of the T hose is goin to the solenoid (and not the actuator)
