Here is a video from when I was driving his car about a week ago. Watch the gauges at the 1 - 2 shift. I wasn't really getting into the throttle too much. I hit about 5500rpm. I'm not use to his clutch so don't laugh at my shift lol

Well, mine is built....but its no where near done.

I have a while list of things that I'm going to be doing to it over time. The three big things that I can think of off the top of my head are injectors (660s on there now, want to go to 1k), different turbo, new ecu (the megasquirt 1 has an idle issue that can not be solved) and a ej257 block.

Obviously I'm not doing any of that stuff right now. Right now I'm taking care of little odds and ends here and there to kind of add my own little touch to the car.

I've always been against buying someone elses project, but I know this car VERY well, and I've done quite a bit of work to it myself. I'm actually comfortable diving into this project. I'll continue the build and keep the project going.

I can honestly say that I'm more then happy to have this car, and I'm very grateful that I have the opportunity to make it even better then it is now.

On a side note - I took my wife for her first ride in it. She has never been in a car this fast. She was a little nervous at first, but within a few minutes she was yelling at me to go faster lol. Having the wife on your side always helps things out
