When ever I turn left there is a loud clicking noise that comes from my front drivers side wheel. Does anyone know what this might be /how to fix it?

Its usually from a dead stop...as far as suspension goes...unless the owner before modified it then it should be completely stock.

Sounds like a wheel bearing if its from a dead stop to acceleration. Since you have a bugeye, your mileage is probably correct for a re-greasing of the other bearings, but this one will probably have to be replaced. It could still be other things though...
