I believe they are referred to as "spats" (side spats, rear spats). As for the best place to get them, no clue.
fronts are called aeroguards. authentic ones are hard to find. I have a pair on my car. these are all OEM pieces with some replicas available
i am having a hard time finding these things. i saw the oem rear strake kit, but they're pricey. is there no aftermarket parts for all these, anyone have a link to where to buy em? thanks for the help so far
The more forward piece (on the side skirts) are the JDM strakes -- I have a set of and they're the best!. The guys on the rear bumper are called spats. I'll see if I can find a link. ...edit: Have you tried Japan Parts yet?
thats the site i was just on, but there's so many pages to scroll thru on the body kits section. i saw a set of the rear bumper ones on ebay. i would just like to find the 4 pieces that go on the sides for a little cheaper than oem price

yeah that is the factory bugeye kit. I forget why but the rear spats in that particular kit as well as the front lip won't fit. Although I think the rears have been "made" to fit later years. It was a factory option tho. You can still get then through Subaru for lots of $$$. And I have seen them rarely on eBay.
the rear spats should fit almost any model from 03-07. IIRC the section of the bumper down there is the same
