I've got some really nice Enkei RPO2 wheels, in 16 x 8 with a +38 offset, 5x100. I keep reading about people fitting wheels with an offset close to that on their WRX's, but I know that the stock offset is nearer +50. Is anyone having long term bearing issues or anything with a wheel that size? I'm hoping to fit them on my 92 Legacy Turbo, but am waiting for a good set of tires. Grad school is kicking my financial butt! I've dry mounted them, and they look great, but I don't know if this will be a good thing down the road or not. Let me hear from people who are actually running a wheel close to that size. Thanks-

As long as they don't rub, you shouldn't have a problem. There are always going to be people out there telling stories of wheel bearings that went bad and everything else.
My TSW's are 18x7 with a 42 offset and they are fine on my wagon.
