the LC-1 is a wideband kit which you can monitor your A/F via laptop or gauge the second link is just a sensor if your piggyback system has an input for wideband, then LC-1 is the one to get
I have the Lc-1 and the only thing I don't like is the serial input on it. I wish they had a usb instead, but it works pretty well and is compatible with streetuner.
