Windshield...

    I know this probably a dumb question, BUT is the windshield in any way covered by the warranty? I've had the car less than a year and have 4 chips, and this morning when I turned the defroster on, a crack went screaming across... Its like EVERYTHING that hits it, chips it

    mine made it a month. it's still cracked. screw it. $500 for freakin' windshield, whatever!!

    Ouch...and its right in that price range where it might be cheaper not to use your insurance than to use insurance.

    if your defroster caused it its warrantied

    this is a really old thread. ha, he got it replaced as part of the accident
