    4 presidents go to see the wizard of oz...

    President Carter asks for courage, the wizard says, "no problem"
    President Nixon asks for a heart, the wizard says, "no problem"
    President Bush asks for a brain, the wizard says, "no problem"
    President Clinton asks, "Where's Dorothy"?
