Wife is working tomorrow, so cooking is on me. Started preppin today so I can just put them in the oven and fry the bird. Some guys from school are coming over since they wanted a fried turkey this year, we're using my fryer and pot lucking the rest.

    Build list:
    12lb bird
    Green bean casserole
    Squash Casserole
Mashed Sweet Potatoes with candied pecans and marshmallow topping
    Pumpkin Pie
    Brown Gravy
    Jello mold
    Pecan muffins

Here's the spread minus the cold stuff, with build sheets in front (jk its the recipe)

I already threw away the box they came in. My Aunt ordered the case through the meat distributor she uses at her restaurant.

Frying up a turkey tomorrow + all the normal sides, but next weekend we are doing the usual drunksgiving party that will probably have some insane people and 30-40 people

Yup. Halperns. Was curious how you got it since they only sell to restaurants. 1855 is their in house CAB brand. It's a very nice quality beef. Did one of those at Christmas last year in a salt crust, probably gonna do it again this year.
