I saw it last thursday a little after 8:30PM. It was parked outside Dunder Mifflin Paper company. I'm pretty certain a salesman named Jim Halpert drives it.
[shakes head in disbelief] Haha it's a saab 92x. You know the car that shares everything with a wrx wagon except a different front end and nicer interior. All I was trying to say was that one of the characters on the nbc show "The Office" drives one. They showed it last week. I just thought it was neat.
That is what I thought it was...I was always skeptical of how similar they looked, but I was scared to ask about it on Nasioc...I can't believe I just said that. So, how did that happen? Are Saab and Subaru related at all? Is there any where I can read up on this? Is the 92x Sedan the same?
GM owns Saab. They at the time had a small portion of Subaru(Fuji heavy industries actually). Well Saab needed a small car to be competitive. So they looked at the wrx and figured that was good enough. So slapped a new front on it, wheels, badges, and some other minor other things and voila Saabaru! They only made it in wagon
