    Me no likey.

Notice the dual exhaust? I guess you need to pay twice as much for a catback.

He said 224hp/224tq on it? The 2006 and 2007 were reported by Subaru at 230hp? Did they detune it? wha?

Yeah. I believe SAE changed the measurement procedure a year or so ago.

Is this car a joke? Looks nothing like a WRX i guess they started from scratch. I guess they are going for the senior citizen approach. Lets make out car look like everyone elses. Not happy. only thing it had was a hood scoop on a honda = 2008 WRX

I was noticing that in the pictures I've seen, the sedans have a dual exhaust and the wagons don't.

i think i just threw up in my mouth a lil bit. all i can say is at least we will only have to wait two more years for a redesign. why the hell does subaru think they have to redo the car every 2 years?

As I recall, people were saying the same things about the 06 look when it first came out. But this 08 so far seems to be more of a performance upgrade than the 06 was over 05 (which wasn't much). They actually added interior space and cut weight.

But seriously, how many other japanese compact cars really make you stand up and say, "wow that looks nice!" Certainly not any of the new hondas or toyotas, IMO. Apparently to car-makers, reaching a broader consumer base means softening exterior styling; just look at the new civics, corollas, and mazda3's compared to previous years, they have all softened the lines on the bodies. And the mazda is the only one that I think looks better than before or any good at all.

Plus, you'll have fewer ricers trying to race you in an "economy-looking" car!

    Just my thoughts....
