    I like the grill much more than the 06-07, but I still just don't like Hatches. There are very few hatches I do like, and this is definitely not one of them.

    Grill - YAY!!
    Wheels - YAY!!
    Color - YAY!!

    See, now why didn't subaru show another color? Maybe another color choice for their unveiling would have gotten a better response.

    Also, that grill makes it soooo much better. Chrome = :hsnono:

    If the STi comes in that body style with some aggressive tweaks in the looks dept, it could be seriously bad ass.

    Only looks about 28% as fugly as previously reported

    That doesn't look like the car they unveiled at the car show. I like it! The back reminds me of an M Roadster...

    They would look better if they were tinted or smoked. But that just me.

    Considering that belongs to a Subaru higher-up, its got some aftermarket equipment on it. Grill may be JDM, but Im still confident we're getting the pacifica one still.

    This is one of the guys that gets the car before anyone else to drive it around and pimp it out :)

    it also looks like the boost gauge is on the dashboard instead of the steering column

    yeah mazda and focus.

    but it definately looks better than the pic on the R&T magazine.

    i like the rims.

    If you don't like it, wait. 2010 will be different. Subaru does this all the time... every two years they change everything. My bugeye looked old and outdated when it was only 3 years old. By '06 it was two model years old! I have to remind myself that my car is a 2003, and that's about as close to a new car as I'd want. My dream car is an '05 STi... even though it could be as little as a year and a half old, it's now two generations outdated. Booo...

    I think I like it, just remove all chrome. cant wait to see the official STI pics, that may be my upgrade if they will do an sti hatch.

    Chrysler Sebring front end, Focus/Mazda3 rear with a severe case of Altezza syndrome... Big old Boo from me still. I don't think I'll ever warm up to the hatch. Who know though, I hated the 06' front end when it came out... Then I bought one, now I like it better than the 04/05....

    Yeah, I could not agree more. Not too fond of the 06 now I love it and do not think the styling on the 08 STI will improve the looks enough, right now its a no go for me too.
