whos going? im meeting up acouple friends down south around 8am.
anyone from WRXAtlanta going? if so would yall be down to meet up somwhere around 6:30-7:00am

im looking forward to going. this will be my first time @ the track. hopefully i don't fuck up. im shooting for VERY low 13's. im pretty confident on my launching skills. Nitro im rolling with Chad's crew. Geo and juan said that they're down.. are you?

Did Topspeed run the one lap car today? If so does anyone know what it ran or is it top secret?

umm, i'm not sure if the TopSpeed Brighton's results are secret. I only saw it run once, but let's just say it would have competed with the top guys in the AWD class.

We Saw another guy with a WRX Atlanta shirt. But didn't get a chance to talk to him.

How can their results be secret if they ran at a public event. How'd they do?

 

They can do test runs with the timer on the board turned off. I have seen a couple of other cars run that way.

If they were competing then they would have to show it.

Last time I went to importshowdown I ran a 13.96@99. But I only ran 4 times yesterday and best was 14.2. Id either bog the hell outta the launch or id launch too high and spin.

 

That was amazing! Why did they tell him to leave? Was it beacuse of the lack of a parachute?

 

Is this also why we have never seen Danny Lomans car on the track back before he moved.

 

Ahhh, that too. I think someone in the stands was yelling no parachute.
