Ok guys, to go off the previous thread I started about the next place we're going to be meeting on Tuesdays, I decided to create this thread WITH POLE!! I say we continue the every other tuesday tradition and go with the following restaurants: 285 The Line - EASY for Marietta people, not so central, but we could possibly get discounts and they have a LOT of t.v.'s and pool tables and whatnot. Plus, some decent parking. 5 Seasons - CENTRAL to just about everyone coming from midtown/Roswell/Gwinnett County areas. We could possibly get discounts, since our fearless leader (Alex) says he knows people. PLENTY of parking, and the beer is GREAT. Outside private patio, etc.... Hooters - As Milo stated, can't really go TOO wrong with Hooters! Parking kinda sucks, the wait staff we sometimes WISH would suck and well, I just lost my train of thought. :rofl: The food is ok, the beer is cheap, and the women are usually decent on the eyes. Only downfall - WHICH location, and where to get parking. I was thinking the Atlanta/Smyrna location, but I'm open to ideas. On The Border - Messican is ALWAYS good eats, and we can get discounts. The buckhead location (where thebigph works), has plenty of parking. Central to more people, including some of those South of Atl. (I'm thinking about you 3 down there, too!! ) :rofl: Brewhouse - I honestly have NO clue about this place as I've never been there. Dunno about parking, family friendliness, etc....yeah. :rolleye: sorry. Taco Mac - Do I REALLY need to say anything about this place? a TON of locations, family friendly, a SHIT TON of beer , and a few T.V.'s. Not too sure which location to refer to, but we can narrow that down later. On second thought, the Dunwoody location would probably be the best. Fellini's Pizza - Do I REALLY need to say anything about this place, too? We have a few members who work there, and can get discounts. This would apparently have to be the LaVista Road location. I've never been, so I don't know about parking. I've been to a fellini's before, and it's good stuffs. Yeah. Rock BottomMaybe THIS was where we can get discounts from Alex for. I can't really remember :rofl: (I'm getting OLD, but not as old as Mark. Sorry Mark!!) :rofl: Good food, central in Buckhead, copious amounts of parking. Not sure otherwise, as I've only been twice. Once was for about 15 minutes. So, as you see, we have a shit ton of places we can choose from. I'm not opposed to rotating, but I think we have a better chance at getting more discounts if we choose ONE location to go to every other Tuesday. Like Alex also stated, I'd like this to be to go to some NEW places, and maybe every once in a while, revisit the older places. What does everyone think?!
How about the new 6 Feet Under off of Howell Mill!?! The best roof top deck in the city of Atlanta! Besides that, I say Brewhouse, but I have been going there for 8 years now...so I am biased.
I wanted to vote nowhere...screw off 2pt5rs, but I went with 5 seasons cause it is awesome...plus its about 2 minutes from where I work
I like where this is going. I could look into Rock Bottom if you want, I may have a friend who could help. But if that falls through, does Justine (IA 350z) still work there? I could also make something happen at Park Tavern, speaking of beer.
My top three in order: On the Border, Taco Mac, Fellinis But I'm really down with just about anywhere that has beer and good food.
ok...I'm going to say we close the thread poll Wednesday evening/thursday morning. After that, it will be decided on where we go....Looks like 5 Seasons is in the lead, Taco Mac RIGHT behind!!!
only a few hours left to vote for where we want to go!!!!! To go off what Alex stated, we can always do one for a month or two, every other week, then switch up to the next one on the list. Then we can go from there....How is everyone feeling on that one?

the food at 5 seasons is quite good. but the way it is looking, we will end up at 5 seasons during the first month of this, cause its either first or second, unless fellinis comes back to beat it
I just don't want Taco Mac... I've never been to 5 Seasons or any other place on the list for that matter. Except Hooters, which i will ABSOLUTELY NEVER go again.

Well @ fellini's you have a choice between pizza.....and pizza. The other places have more choices and I think can appeal to more people.
I'm def game when we get something lined up. Taco Mac has good beer and shitty food, but I'll be there. The rest of the locations are great too - a buddy of mine works at the 5 Seasons off Roswell Rd, so I might be able to see if I can get us a hookup there.
