Black Bugeye, heavily modded

Saw a nice looking 02-03 sometime between 4:30 and 5 on 6th st turning onto spring. It had wheels, carbon fiber hood, edm/jdm lights, a little roll call under the mirrors, and a mean sounding exhaust. Anyone on here, or does anyone know who it is?

 

I was on spring at that time, but doesn't sound like me. didn't see anyone either.
