property is less than 1.5 miles from Emory University!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay the rest of the summer or just july then this is for you.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, large living room, 10 foot ceilings throughout the apartment, hardwoods throughout, whole place is furnished except your room . Kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator. Common area washer and dryer in basement of building.

room is around 12 feet by 12 feet with high ceilings. Has ceiling fan but you will need to supply your own window AC unit if you desire it (apartment has 1 common window AC unit in main area)
apartment is over 1000 sq ft

also comes with front screened porch!
NO SMOKING INSIDE but smoking can be done on the porch.

VERY CLOSE TO EMORY at the junction of north decatur and briarcliff road. (1324 briarcliff road ne, atlanta GA 30306)

also close to ansley, midtown, decatur and easy access to Emory, Georgia Tech, Georgia State and other metro schools

Didn't see how much? This might be too far for me anyways, but if the price is right..

And also how much would it be after you moved out?

im actually going to be moving into a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house off north decatur starting aug 1

you can mapquest it , its 824 willivee drive. It's 7.5 miles from the given address for GA state campus.

rent will only be 350-400 a month though

so if you leave this house i would have to pay350-400 per month and i'd be by myself?

in reference to the apartment once I leave the landlord will put it back up for rent. Total rent will probably be around 850 through him for the apartment. The house I am moving to is a 3 bedroom so if I had 2 roommates rent would be 350-400 depending on room. If i just had one roommate and myself it would be 500 each
