im actually going to be moving into a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house off north decatur starting aug 1 you can mapquest it , its 824 willivee drive. It's 7.5 miles from the given address for GA state campus. rent will only be 350-400 a month though
in reference to the apartment once I leave the landlord will put it back up for rent. Total rent will probably be around 850 through him for the apartment. The house I am moving to is a 3 bedroom so if I had 2 roommates rent would be 350-400 depending on room. If i just had one roommate and myself it would be 500 each
