import showdown at silver dollar 9/29

Anyone planning on going to this. Last time it turned out to be pretty fun event... This time im maxing out the credit card and buying a few goodies!!!

I think I'm going to skip the Legacy mountain cruise and do this instead. Like I've said before, I babied my old motor and still spun a bearing, now I'm going to beat the hell out of this new motor and it should be able to take everything I throw at it. This will be my first time at a drag strip.

What day is the 29th. I may be able to go. I've been to commerce and I here the Silver dollar is a faster track.

 

it is a Saturday and I have heard the same thing...Commerce sucks.

 

its is saturday night the 29th and sunday the 30th i think. I plan on going sunday . (becuase everyone cares what I am doing. )

 

I'll try to make it there this time. I have been to silverdollar a few times but never to the import showdown.

I am hearing that this is a pretty fun event. Don't know if I can make it on Sunday, but I may go down for the test and tune on Saturday night.

 

its a little more than an hour from downtown atl. I went the last few times. its organized well and there is a ton of test and tune time.

 

Im planning on going to the gt clemson game and could maybe go to this afterwards. How much is it to run your car.
