I found the car with ultimate track potential, Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R

Basically I've read countless articles on this amazing car and always dreamed of owning one. It is the lightest and most agile out of the skyline gt-r family. The car has gotten to a point of where rules requiring to adding up to 50kg as an handicap in races in the land of Australia. Well it was still winning and the race organization received so many complaints and they decided it was over they banned the car from competing certain circuits.

I also got the word The Siegel would drool over such a car as well and it happens there is one for sale on Nasioc, so eat your heart out siegel :fawk: or go buy it!

It could be yours for only $38k, plus it has a newer RB26Dett already dropped in.

sexy. My fav body style is the r33 and r34. Good find though, Scott what you gonnna do?

and wow if you read that thread its alot of haterism going on. they are saying its no longer legal to get a skyline over here which is bullshit cause I have a friend with 3, not to mention they are starting to pop up everywhere in ATL including the r34's. Its all about the money, anythings possible for the right costs.

I've driven one on track.....I wouldn't own one and I sure wouldn't buy that one for what he is asking.

Thank you for letting me know about this. I've actually found LOW mileage fully NISMO's cars here for $25k. I think I'd like to start with a near stock one for like $15k or so though.

    Thanks for the head's up,
    Siegel

    You are welcome Scott.

how did you like it, dislikes? It seems it's very capable in terms of power and suspension with aftermarket arsenal

The GTR I drove had a downpipe exhaust, upgraded twins, a tune, and Ohlins Suspension. It was just ok, for having 400+whp I thought it was rather slow and unresponsive. The car is basically rear wheel drive until the car detects wheel spin, then the front kicks in and its pretty violent. Its much less predictable than the STI.

Now if I were going to buy one for a racecar I would buy a R32 and......gut it put a widebody on it and a cusco center diff.

Looks great but that's alot of money for an old Japanese car.
